Super amazing property, friendly staff. We got our own Hammam bath in our bathroom. The restaurant has great view and the terrace is amazing. The entire property is portrait friendly if you love taking selfies or making photofolios. They offer relaxing spa. Free Parking is available at streets. Away from the city chaos. Heating is great. Toilet has automatic bidet. On our way back a nice gent (forgot his name) helped us with luggage and gave my wife and daughter two nice little goodie bags.

I wasn't on holiday - I had an extended (12 day) stay at this hotel for personal reasons. The staff couldn't have been kinder to me - helping me with taxis and encouraging me to take away extra food from the breakfast room. The breakfasts were lovely - a range of breads, cheeses, fruit and condiments was provided as a buffet; in addition egg and sausage omelette was cooked on demand. The rooms were amazing; this is a cave hotel so they have the appearance of being carved out of stone; they are quite quirky, but also manage to have all the facilities you require, including kettle and fridge in the room (which not all hotels in this area do provide). Some of the rooms even have a jacuzzi bath.

Even though it is a bit away from the main attractions in Göreme and Derinkuyu, it is still very comfortable to see them with the offered tours. There are also plenty of cave houses in the area, and you can see a valley with ancient farming terraces from the breakfast room. The Rooms are huge, new and classy and very clean. And so was the bath. There is plenty of space to hang out, the rooftop terrace, a dining room, a breakfast room and two more are being built. Speaking of the breakfast: it is simply amazing. You are in for a treat. But even better was the staff. They were simply amazing, extremely nice and really helpful. Before we even came, we could move our reservation by a day because we could not make it on time. Then they gave us a free room update. Ferhat helped us to book train tickets for our further journey, gave recommendations about restaurants and even gave us a lift twice, as he was on his way home from the hotel. When we were sitting on the rooftop terrace, they served tea and Turkish coffee and invited us to join when they were having tea there. This is what peak hospitality looks like.

The hospitality of these people is unmatched. I never found in my whole life such people who took care of us like these guys. Fermat helped us checking in and offered us a free upgrade for a better room, amazing room with Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. He took care of all our activities and was always available on WhatsApp to reply to all our questions. His brother, Sinan, has been extremely kind taking us with his car everywhere we wanted (we paid though) but still, he was always available at every hour. Last but not least Bektas, we appreciated so much with technical help with the fire one night and we were craving chips and he even went out to buy them for us, extremely kind soul, aka ways available, I was so happy with the service offered by the three of them. The hotel itself is wonderful, huge breakfast room at the top with a nice view on Nevsehir. I definitely recommend it.
